Got Your Backup & More opened for business on August 1, 2007.  After 20 years in the corporate jungle as manufacturers representatives, we decided to venture out on our own.  With the continued support of past business relationships, Got Your Backup & More is small enough to treat each customer with personal care, yet large enough to command a presence in the marketplace.  We have multiple shipping locations throughout the United States and stock thousands of products, which allows us the ability to fill your order quickly and deliver usually next business day for most orders. 

Technology has made tremendous advancements over the past twenty years.  Some of those "advancements", although cost effective for some, aren't very personal.  Phone trees, voicemail and email have taken customer service to new lows.  Companies use these advancements to hide from customers instead of putting them to use as intended.  Endless number pushing for this department or that department leave many frustrated and frazzled.  It is because of these technological advancements that Got Your Backup & More strives to provide the best possible customer service.  We are consumers too and we understand the frustration caused by individuals and companies that do not respond in a timely manner.  We don't want to be put on hold for hours, and we know that neither do you.
